Teresa focuses her practice on property tax litigation and civil appellate law. Prior to joining the firm, Teresa was a staff attorney at the Third Court of Appeals and practiced in the Administrative Law Division of the Office of the Attorney General. Before joining the Office of the Attorney General, Teresa worked with Michel Gray Rogers founding partner, Raymond Gray, representing property owners in valuation lawsuits throughout Texas.
Teresa graduated from Texas A&M University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and French. Teresa completed her undergraduate degree at Université Stendhal in Grenoble, France. In 2003, Teresa earned her Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law. While attending the University of Texas, Teresa was a member of the Texas Law Review.
Teresa has published papers on federalism and education, as well as appellate, administrative, and insurance law. An engaging speaker, Teresa has presented at seminars involving all of these practice areas. Teresa has been recognized as a “Texas Rising Star” by Texas Monthly magazine for several years. Teresa enjoys giving back to her community through Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas.
